I don't get “ensure”, isn't “begin” already supposed to make the code run no matter what? Why create ensure below, why not just put that code in begin?

At the end, when he raised himself “ArgumentError”, I don't get it. When should I use begin/end and when raise? At the end it will do the same, right? Confusing.
