I just cannot understand how good some people can handle sculpting materials/ tools. Jaw dropping, literally.

There's kitbashing, and then there's "Fine, I'll just sculpt 1/2 of the mini myself." Amazing work.

The model position/compositon really showcases how keen your sculptor's eye is. Keeping the eagle at an angle frames the models face from the front, ties together the lines from the other perspectives in a fluid way, and above all heightens a sense of movement: the model strides forward launching the eagle while extending the other arm+hammer behind it. The model is truly dynamic (not off-balance). Bravo!

Now that's a proper Coteaz right there. Cant wait to see it painted.

He sculpted trim to that little inquisitor symbol, man that is so impressive

The combo between the lack of creativity and personnality in the GW sculpt, and the way it's mold cast making it complex to assemble with many ugly lines to hide with putty...
Clearly something is going wrong in the process at GW.

You did an AMAZING job on this mini, I'm in awe of your sculpting skills, and kitbashing skills ! Can't wait to see how you paint it

OK, I knew Trovarion was amazing at painting...but that he is just as amazing at sculpting was news to me...and oh my freaken god!

This has to be one of your best videos. I think you should seriously consider following a similar format for future videos. Part 1 - resculpt, Part 2 - painting. Amazing job mate. Keep it up.

I literally had to pause the video halfway to write this: your sculpting blows my mind and the precision is incredible. 👏🏼👏🏼

The trim on the inquisitor I on the leg is insane. In a video like this it is easy to forget how absolutely tiny these minis are, you are sculpting parts that are less than a millimeter. The individual hair strands are also blowing my mind.

Chris: I own a 3-d printer.
Me: You ARE a 3-d printer!
Stop and think about the scale of the figure... now picture how tiny a SHIN is for that figure... now calculate the size of the Inquisitorial symbol on that... NOW ADD A TRIM?! 😱😱😱 Absolutely flawless execution, I'm very much looking forward to seeing it painted! Make sure to do side-by-side with the original figure so we, the audience, can see how far you've come a painter (as I, for one, am very curious)!

What a transformation. Killer skills, tones of info to learn from, shade shovled onto GW, snark set to 750%.

Oh yeah, we are so back

Whoa... you weren't kidding about all the work that went into this conversion. I've seen a lot of cool kitbashes on YT but this one takes the prize for maximum effort. Thanks Chris!

This is amazing, it just sucks that you essentially have to resculpt and redesign virtually every element of the model to make it look like its supposed to. Cant wait to see it all painted up!

Your kitbashing skills are next level! More videos like this please 🙏

Your model cleaning, pinning, cutting and sculpting really show your knowledge about forms and sculpting.

Usually not a fan of the word “fixing” in warhammer videos, but you actually fixed it

Really cool stuff! Awesome content as always. The details you created are really crisp. Admirable! Can you tell which putty you are using please?
