Camille Vasquez FINALLY addresses Johnny Depp Relationship Rumors

Camille Vasquez gave her first 1-on-1 interview today on El Gordo y La Flaca, where she discussed her relationship with Johnny Depp, the media frenzy around their relationship, and her family's reaction to the verdict.

Some people here are alleging that Johnny hired Camilla because she is beautiful, Latina and so on. First, this is insulting to her; because she is a great lawyer and second Johnny did not hire her. He hired the law firm Brown Rudnick who have handled his legal affairs for years. Brown Rudnick are one of the 200 largest law firms in the U.S. (They have about 250 lawyers at the firm). Senior partner Ben Chew, is the one who made the decision, as to who would work on the case and he chose Camille Vasquez along with 8 other lawyers from the firm.

I’m kind of relieved she speaks broken Spanish because I speak broken Spanish too. I think she also said she had grandkids in Spanish when she meant sobrinas instead of nietas. I’ve made that mistake once when I met my mother in law for the first time. I’m glad she still makes the effort to practice her Spanish though.
