Loving Father, who art in heaven, we give You all the glory and honor for being God and choosing us to be Your people. We are Your special possession, a holy nation who You created on purpose and with a purpose. You have engraved each of us in the palms of Your hands. Our walls are always before You. Before You formed us in the womb You knew us and loved us with a love that is beyond human understanding. You have fearfully and wonderfully made us in Your divine image. We are Your workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works which You have prepared in advance for us to do. Thank You for loving us so much that You know the number of hairs on our head. You are a God who never sleeps nor slumbers for Your eyes are always on us. How precious are Your thoughts of us O Lord! How vast is the sum of them! If we should count them, they are more in number than the sand, when we are awake, You are still with us. (Psalm 139:17-18) Thank You for showing for Your love for us in this: while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8) In Jesus' name. Amen.
