RBS International Programme

RBS International represents the off-shore banking area of NatWest Group and there are six locations that we call home, including Jersey, Luxembourg and Sweden.

In this graduate programme, you’ll work in several different rotations, meaning you’ll gain a breadth of experience across retail banking, funds, strategy and transformation, all of which'll give you a strong foundation in banking.

RBS International is a branded bank under NatWest Group and, as a smaller business, you’ll have the opportunity to network with everyone, including the CEO, and you’ll get to experience unique responsibilities within the teams.
