I've made the Fairfax many times exactly as shown. I even keep a bottle of homemade siracha mayo in my fridge. Today I only had pretzel buns so I made it on that. Amazingly good.

just did this with my scrambled eggs..was 100% skeptical but turned out to be 100% wrong. soooo good...will never cooks eggs another way from now on

Went to Eggslut in Venice. It is epically good. Absolute must try for breakfast.
I liked the the fried egg with bacon sandwhich more than the Fairfax scrambled egg one though.

I’ve made my variety of the fairfax - I stead of the grilled slice of cheese I added grated cheese to the egg while making it and next to chives I’ve added some dill as well - awesome!

I came here the past 2 times i went to vegas and both times it was packed, and the food was amazing. Definitely my favorite breakfast sandwich hands down. And now I make it myself at home all the time.
