A coda to this story: Stuart Semple also created the world's Glitteriest Glitter, which is specifically made out of glass shards so that Anish Kapoor cannot stick his middle finger in it.

The story of the beef between Stewart Semple and Anish Kapoor is legendary, even more than what was described in the beginning. Please look it up. It involves Semple making glitter out of glass shards as a dare for Kapoor to stick his finger into it. There was also a Black 2.0 before a Black 3.0

The whole Anish Kapoor situation might seem petty, but keep in mind that this dude more or less patented a friggin' color. I think Semple's actions are really a retaliation to the ridiculous lengths that copyright laws in general have come to.
