I've got a couple different sets of these. 1 shallow set and 1 deep set. They have saved my butt on several occasions. Everyone that does any kind of wrench work should own a set.

I have that same set. It is a lifesaver. I’m a mobile mechanic and I’ve had to deploy this numerous times to removed stripped out oil drain bolts

I gotta full set of Irwins of this style. Bought cheap in a hurry probably 12-15 years ago. They have not yet met a mangled bolt they couldn't remove. Fantastic tool.

Matco has a set of special sockets and wrenches for situations like that. Tools that you do not use on daily basis but when you do need them man, they save you tons of headaches.
Keep the videos coming hermano, im a big fan

Weld on another nut to the top
Lug out does the same for wheels. Great save.

Just watched this video on stripped head bolts. I bought this kit on Amazon, as a 10-piece. Last week I was removing suspension bolts, and broke my 2 different manual impact tools. Bought a new one highly rated! Thanks!

Looking into that engine bay is why I'm an LS guy 😂

Project farm tested a similar set and gave it high praise…..which I later bought and have used….I can attest to that specific brand and these types of removers. They bite into the rounded off bolts well.

I can attest that these work very well. Theyve gotten me out a real pickle more than once!

Kind of a change of subject but something else that works amazing that you showed in another video is that heavy mass 19mm socket for crank bolts on Hondas. Everytime I do a timing belt on a Honda/Acura engine I always dread fighting with getting the damn crank bolt off. Over the years ive broken many sockets, breaker bars, ratchets, and even cracked a cheaply cast crank pulley holder once. I saw you use that socket so I immediately bought one and WOW! It works amazing!!!! I've used it twice now and even my somewhat cheap harbor freight "earthquake" impact busted the bolt loose without very much effort. I owe you dearly for the time you've saved me so far and the countless time I will save in the future now! Keep up the good work brother!

I've been using this same set for 3 years or better they haven't let me down yet, hell I even have the deep sockets also, I use them on the regular to remove bolts even when they're not stripped, it completely illuminates the chance of slipping.💪🏾✊🏾💪🏾✊🏾

I have a set made by Irwin that I had to 2 sets to create. I got the one with the size I needed and it saved me, the following week I got the second. Recently needed one of the other sizes. Totally worth the price.

What I've learned dealing with cars to automatically use a nut removal bolt to take any tight bolt off to keep from causing any damage to the previous Bolt. I've rounded out several in my days and it took me forever trying to figure out how to get it off and then it was like Walla extraction bolt tool it works like a charm so you might as well use it to begin with so you never stripped the Bolt

Dude, forged bolt extractors are great. Nobody had them (O’Reilys, Napa, Advance etc) near where I lived except a machine shop when I had a stuck on strut bolt on a 97 Legacy. I hope every car guy sees this tool before they had the two day long headache I had.
