We just tried the Friday night seafood buffet for $25 at the Virgin River Casino in Mesquite. I've never seen such variety of seafood! Cold: crab legs, oysters on half shell, salmon, shell-on shrimp. Hot: more crab legs, baked salmon, fish and chips, seafood melody, oysters Rockafeller, seafood stuffed mushrooms, stuffed crab shells, blackened trout, catfish, fried shrimp. Plus salad, other entrees, clam chowder, desserts, ice cream, etc. What a deal! Buffet is every Friday, 3 pm to 9 pm. Get there early or wait in a very long line for a table!
