I can’t believe no one has said this! The rules allow lifetime happiness rewards. If you can focus on Chelsea for a little bit and work on her happiness, you can buy a money tree with 5000 points. Takes a few days to grow, but it gives you 8000 simoleons every single day and sometimes even gives you more money tree seeds. I did it on my own 100 baby challenge and my family has 6 trees and since I fertilize them to improve quality, I have almost 1, 000, 000 simoleons in my household and an amazing house full of quality items and computers and I even have a butler (have to disable child care but they still clean and repair). You can focus so much more on the kids when you don’t have to worry about money or cleaning or much else. Hope you’re able to get one!!!!

You should seriously replace the decorative plants with the gardening plants. Not only can the kids eat the fruits and veggies, but you can get bees and sell the honey. A lot of my Sim senior citizens grow roses and begonias and sell them for cash to make up for their crappy pensions after retiring from their jobs. Also, once the kids hit teen, they can start tending the garden and bees too. Gardening can end up being super profitable.

You should get a swing set and maybe a playground in the backyard so the kids can play in it and put an outdoor table and chairs back on the porch. And it would also be smart to plant a garden so the kids can eat fruits and veggies you can also sell flowers and sell honey and even sell the fruits and vegetables to get some more cash and maybe invest in a money trash can, a better computer and stove and fridge and a mountable TV and some more fun toys for the kids and you could later on Add some “looks” to the house.
