Air France, inside the aircraft company

It is a huge white building on the edge of the runways of Charles de Gaulle airport, recognizable by its mast as pointed as a Concorde nose painted in blue-white-red, a vast complex visible from the Roissy boarding lounges 2. Since 1996, when it moved from Montparnasse to the heart of Paris, this 60,000 square meter “city within a city” has been Air France's flagship. At the same time, a "hub" a platform in English, a city of sailors, a crisis center... An exceptional complex where all the operations of the French aircraft manufacturer, born in 1933, are managed. The company's head office to 70,000 employees.

I'm a Flight Attendant with Air Canada. Air France always inspires me and I am glad to use them as role models.

Air France is NOT an aircraft company. it's an airline. AIRBUS is an Aircraft company.

The dubbing voices are hilarious. And some of the direct translations make it even funnier.

Thank you for sharing this very nice airline. I am from United Airlines so, I know what the industry is all about. The industry is still a passion in my heart.

I went on A380 first class to San Francisco and back I think it was 2015 and 2016 I am not quite sure but it was excellent. I recognise one of the cabin crew on the video and she was served me a good food and drinks etc. also another cabin crew he was really look after me and made me feel so relax. Well done Air France.

There is no way this can be from now surely, going by one of the cell phones I saw used by a crew member.

Sounds very fancy but as the ex Marketing Manager for Cathay Pacific Airways (CX), I know how hard this job is. Be serving people as always, specially while you are tired at the extremely high altitude is not simple at all. However, everything got the price and for this, being travell free all around the world is a good cost and so many people still dream to have this job.

Those first class pods don't look very private.

@20:20 yes, food tastes differently at an altitude (cabin pressurization equivalent to about 2000m) and in dry air. So how about doing the business and first class development somewhere at an altitude? (The humidity indoors can be more easily controlled.) French Alps? Pyrenées?

This video was shot like 15-20 years ago. Gulf Arab airlines like Emirates and Qatar Airways are so prestigious and in very high demand all over the globe now. They have the best and most well trained cabin crew and pilots. The hiring process is so tough and well examined, that only the brightest, toughest and most talented people become crew members. Every little detail is considered. Even at the time of this video, Emirates was already at the top of the airline industry, I used to fly all the time as a kid on summer vacation, everything feels royal, comfortable and high quality.

interesting video. i have not had the best of luck with air france. but i could have been delta, their partner, who screwed things up.
one time they had no record of my ticket reservation (luckily i had printed it out), luggage sent on a different flight and it left me with nothing but the clothes i was wearing until i was reunited with it a day later back in the u.s. then, in march of this year they gave away my upgraded seat (which i paid extra for) to someone else. they had double sold that seat. running around the massive charles degaulle airport, trying to get it sorted was fruitless and i barely made my flight. all that running around aggravated my chest cold into bronchitis…. and an expensive trip to the e.r. when i got home. so, yeah, the air france experience, for me, has been MUCH less than stellar.

"Foy grass???!!!" "All-titude???!!!" "An-toyn???!!!" Where did they get that narrator?

It must be terrible for those people being afraid of flying, yet having to fly. That course in anxiety could either helpful or more terrifying.

The Attendant who speaks Japanese is highly impressive!

I travelled Air France London to Paris many years ago, and still remember the quality of that short flight.
I'll be going from New York City to Paris in march 2023. This video (except for the terrible pronunciation!) makes me look forward to it even more.

I feel even economy passengers should be treated and feed like this. After all everyone works hard for society, to save up for a holiday. My last flight with Airlengus" don't even want to spell the name properly " Irish Airlines, was terrible my children where poorly because the cabin was cold and the food was appalling. Even the cabin crew were a disgrace. They went to the back of the plane, covered themselves in blankets and slept for most of the 8 hour flight. Times are just as bad as Victorian ship travel!!
