I thought the little 24th scale Axial trucks came with a similar style radio. I am glad some companies are making kits without all the unneeded stuff like 2 speeds or portals.

Got three of the GMade products; Komodo, R1, and GOM. So long as they are run as purposed they aren't bad rigs really, price is fair too. Dedicated aftermarket would really make these rigs flourish, as it is just have to re-purpose other manufacturers parts to increase durability and performance, which isn't all that difficult.
What you will come up with for painting, I am sure will undoubtedly be awesome.
