The step of pasting text into the Email is redundant. The Insert Hyperlink window pop-up uses the same text as the filled in address, if desired. Should really just be the steps below.
Copy path from file explorer > Right Click in the body of the email > Hyperlink > Paste copied path into the address > OK > (hyperlink is done and the text of hyperlink is the same as the address)
