Better Striker: Kane or Icardi?

Both Harry Kane and Mauro Icardi are off to terrific starts to the Premier League and Serie A seasons, but while Kane has gotten most of the press, Icardi is flying under the radar. So far, he has 10 goals in 11 appearances for Inter. Kane, for Tottenham, has eight goals in nine appearances.

Most in form striker at this point in the season is Immobile hands down, 14 goals and 6 assists at the time of posting is insane in 11 games.

I believe that Kane is a better striker but they have different styles of play. There was a point this season where Icardi was scoring every 16 touches, he doesn't get much of the ball, but when he does it is often a goal. He's much more of an old style number 9 striker

Kane's a fantastic player and the Premier League is (slightly) ahead of Serie A in terms of competitiveness, however Serie A is much more intricate tactically, which usually means it's harder to score so I believe Icardi is quite a bit ahead of Kane, even though, as a Juventus-sympathizer, I can't stand Inter.

Icardi is absolutely lethal. He dosent do much but when he gets a chance, he always atleast puts it on target.

I think what's extraordinary about icardi is he has consistently scored goals in a poor inter side.

I think kane I'd slightly different, tends to drift a bit more and has a longer range on his shot, but on pure finishing ability, taking chances Icardi is unreal!

I'm an inter fan but at the moment I have to say that Immobile is in a way better form. I do believe that Icardi is better but Immobile is scoring goals left front and center, to not be recognized in this video is a bit disrespectful

Kane no question, but Icardi is ALSO AMAZING. Kane’s a top 3 striker in the world behind Lewa and Suarez, whereas Icardi’s probably top 7 or 8
