Great day my dearies 😊 This walk is a walk around the city of Manila Philippines. You'll be seeing some part of the middle class up to a depressed area from Santa Ana to Pandacan Manila. However, the video shows just how you should stay positive in your life no matter what you are going through as you can see most of these people happy in their daily lives. As they say, Philippines is where the happiest people are 😊 enjoy the walk 😊

I love it here in the Philippines. The people have a rough life, but they still stay happy and generous. They just go with the flow and nothing gets them down. I feel gratitude for the citizens accepting me being able to live in this beautiful part of the world. It reminds me of how it used to be in the USA in the 60's and 70's when everyone was always outside and doing things from sun up to sundown. It's not that way anymore.

Why does this look so calming and peaceful? I love this. No cell phones, and people actually interacting with one another. You hear laughter and see smiles. May God bless them.

I admire the resilience of Filipino people so much. As others have mentioned..many have little but they make do..survive and stay positive. I have a great liking for them from here in the UK. I hope to visit the country soon

Wow, you just took me back to the place where I spent the first 14 years of my life before we migrated to the USA a long time ago. Thank you!!!

Love these walks, to see how real people of the Phillipines live. And despite all the hardship they are so humble and contented it's just amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Born and raised in Tennessee USA. My younger days we were extremely poor. There were times we had little to no food for several weeks. I worked hard in school and earned a scholarship to college. Went to medical school and that changed my life forever. Watching this video I can relate to the way the people there live. I find it heart warming the way the people hold their head up and never let life get them down. Great video.

I don't care what anyone says there is something magical about the Philippines and I choose to believe in it and in all of you!
There is so much life in the streets there unlike here in America and who cares if they are poor or not, God cares nothing about money but only about who you are!

Being there will surely change my life forever...

I hope I'm ready for it October will be here before I know it 🙏

I admire Filipino people so much, no wonder throughout my life a Filipino next door neighbor boy in the US, a young Filipino professional in Singapore, and married Filipino man and dedicated husband in Jakarta have been my best friend at each stage of my life.

As a foreigner living here 9 years, I've often wanted to just do what you're doing and walk the small streets, go up some of the alley ways and just see the sites. Many have cautioned it is not safe, but one day, one day when I'm able, I am going to do just that! Good video. Not too far from the places I've driven by. I've lived in Sta. Mesa and now Mandaluyong.

This video has told me more about life in the Philippines than 25 blogs by old, male expats. I see real life, not hotel lobbies. Your passing does not change the people, just make them smile as you pass by. Thanks for a great video.
