DARREN DEON VANN a brief history in the sims 4

We’ve talked at length recently about unsuspecting renters finding out they’ve been living in the home of a formal serial killer. One such couple found out their houses horrible history when they dug up a body in their backyard. Another woman found out from a friend who had seen the house on a TV show recounting the crimes that had happened there. Aside from the morality of renting out or selling these homes, the locations also serve as reminders of the crimes to the victims families. For today’s crime, the city of Gary, Indiana, has chosen to demolish the houses associated with the slayings in the 2200 block of Massachusetts Street. This is a brief history of Darren Deon Vann. #abriefhistory #truecrime

I’ve got two highly requested Brief History episodes coming up this November. But what cases do you want to see on the series?

It's amazing to me that these places aren't torn down just as a matter of course. How horrifying would it be to find a body when you're just trying to plant tomatoes? The landlord should be sued for infliction of emotional trauma. Wow. Another chilling story, and another great build. Thanks Renee. :)

I’m happy some one is telling history like this and build at the same time . Halloween is coming 8:06

I absolutely couldn't live somewhere where some has died violently. I moved into my great grandmas house after she passed away and that was hard enough to sleep in the room that she died in.

I like this style of telling it’s truly a cool way of giving you some what of a look at the house

im so glad that the city decided to tear down the homes. that's a better alternative to learning that someone was tortured and died in your home

I wouldn't want to live in the house it happened, unsure about the land and having a rebuilt house though

No, I wouldn't be able to live there and I think what the city of Gary is doing is right. You cannot bring your loved one back, but at least for his victim's families, they have gotten justice. Not a lot of people can say that. A memorial garden sounds like a lovely idea, but I would not want it on one of the lots of their former homes. Besides, there might be a spiritual attachment to the area, of both the killer and his victims, and I wouldn't want to live there or have anything built on it unless they did both a cleansing and a blessing.

Have you heard of the Chris Watts' case? If so, could you make the house. This is just a request. :)

Another fantastic episode where I feel like I need to go shower and get my tetanus booster. Amazing narration, as always. 💖
