EMA CTO Talks - Maximizing Deployment Speed While Minimizing Risk

When deployment on a daily, weekly, or even montly basis, there is a golden rule for minimizing risk and optimizing deployment speed: "Leave everything in place that was not changed during the release." In short, the more elements you replace unnecessarily, the more unnecessary risk and effort you introduce.
