Why is Horde Xp buff gated behind a quest? On my Alliance character, I just have to go outside of Stormwind to get it...

why do i end up in a poised undercity and instantly die? and the alternative undercity i cant active? npc aint nowhere

yeah iv done the BFA stuff and zidromi doesnt give me any option to change to past

Or, use the portal to Silvermoon, and go to the translocation orb and you are in the court yard.
