Hello, I bought used Q5 2017 from Switzerland and didnt get vehicle code. First owner is still registeres as primary user on Audi connect and I cant register. Asked Amag where car is bought, cant help. Is there any way for me to start using Audi connect?

This does not work, and I keep getting message “you could not be logged in. please try again later”. I have used the same username and password for the app and that works, just not in the car. Any ideas anyone?

My Hyundai i20 has the app where I can remote start, lock and see all the deets. Audi still hasnt done this? 🤦🏻‍♂️💁🏻‍♂️

It is impossible to get replcement vechicle code, so the app does not work neither the MMI. Gartbage.
