Everything ok. But every year ratification nahi karne se casual vacancy nahi hota. The previous auditor will continue to be the auditor in that case.

Sir i have a doubt.. For eg date of AGM is 26/09/2021 and auditor appointed on same date so whether auditor hold office from 26/09/21 to 26/09/26 or from 26/09/21 to till conclusion of AGM.
