He’s missing an eye, has a large dent in his chin, and his scars spread all over his face. His teeth are heavily exposed and most likely damaged because of the gum damage. His nose is also damaged. I love the detail sm man

Sal’s face was severely deformed from being blown off by the shot gun. He didn’t die because his mother took most the force of the gunshot, but it still did hella damage because it’s a fvcking shot gun. The reason his face has lines is most likely due to an attempted facial reconstruction.

Yes some people draw his scars poorly but they are different styles then yours. It’s also difficult to draw the type of scars sally face has.
