#notashamed I don't know where to start, but Im battling with depression since 5 years, now I'm 29 years old, depression affecting me mentally n physically both, there is lots of changes in my behaviour sometimes I feel okay and sometimes feel very irritated, angry and isolated frm my family and frnz. Jab bhi kuch kam krti hmm, kuch alg krne ki kosish krti hmm mai blank ho jati hmm, emotionally attack aane lge hai, man mai ek ajeeb sa kauf baith gya hai aage na badne ka fear, fail hone ka fear, depression almost stuck my life it's really like a hell, plz take it seriously its my own story, if there is someone who had faced or facing this stigma, plz share ur experience.
