I am find very hard to use them with Google Pixel 6 it's not picking voice from even 5 cm long from my mouth, and even when I attaching it so closer it's sound is very poor, I don't know what is the problem

Hello Joseph, thank you for your informative video. I came across a problem. I cannot 'shut up' my phone build-in microphone. That means this mic is recording the sound, not the Wireless Me. I wasn’t able to get the Wireless ME going. I have a phone which still has an headphone/mic connection, next to a USB C port. I tried to use the USB C to USB C cable alone, the SC7 cable alone and both of them together. But nothing, the internal mic of the phone is the only one recording the sound. What am I doing wrong?
