Kids call in to Ruff’s new service, called “Ask Ruff First” or “ARF,” looking for a way to keep their mini-golf tower from tipping over in the wind. Ruff recalls the story of his great-great-great-grand-uncle Ruffois and his assistant Blossóm, who discovered that cutting holes in a tower can prevent it from falling.
