Deji has some of the best fundamentals in the yt boxing scene. Better than his brother and better than Jake. The issue is weight. Deji is already overweight fighting at 170 and Jake fights at 185 and won't even fight JJ at 180.

I love Deji with his new found confidence in himself, and I also understand that is the mentality you almost have to have if you’re gonna be fighting. With all that being said, I think it’s pure delusion to think you would actually beat Jake now. These other influencers seen Jake lost 1 fight to a guy that they wouldn’t even go the distance with. Tommy is better than he leads us on to believe. He’s in absolutely ridiculous shape, he’s tall, he moves extremely well for a guy his size, those crazy long arms he’s got, and mainly the experience factor because Tommy has been boxing since he was a toddler, while Jake is only 4 years in to it. These guys don’t seem to understand that Tommy would outbox every YouTube boxer we have. So just because Jake lost a fight to a legit pro boxer doesn’t mean these other influencers are suddenly on Jakes level. Yes I’m aware that Jake is wayyyy far away from being on the level of even an average pro, but he’s still way above the rest of these influencers aside from maybe Salt Papi. Again I’m not saying this shit to throw shade on Deji, because like I said before.. that’s the mentality you’re supposed to have if you’re gonna be stepping in the ring, so I’m not hating on him. More so telling you exactly what it is, as a person who has been addicted to combat sports since I was just a baby I feel pretty confident in what I’m saying. Once Jake fights JJ, or some other YouTube boxer I think that’s when reality will set in for everyone.
