I have a very important question!

So upline and downline are two different things. I’m an independent agent and sell final expense with Royal Neighbors. I have an IMO, who I needed to go through in order to get into RNA. I have some fellow agents who I would like to bring into Royal Neighbors. From what I understand, I would start a downline.

My question is what happens if one of my agents gets a chargeback on a policy they sold? Is this something I have to worry about? They are the ones who have to pay it back and not me right?

What if they quit and bail, then who pays for the chargeback? Would it be my IMO that pays the chargeback?
