Kryon gives a series of four channels on the Great Mysteries Within the Human body. Kryon describes a laboratory where they are testing the substances of a pill. The scientists look at one particular group where there was significant healing. But instead of the scientists saying, “This is great,” they look at each other with consternation because that was the placebo group. All of them received a sugar coated pill and nothing was in it. Kryon continues to discuss the placebo effect. How is it possible for a Human to go into hospital with a diagnosis of cancer and come back with it suddenly gone? They call it spontaneous remission. That’s even better than the placebo effect. The Human is designed to be balanced and heal. It’s built-in and is waiting for your intent, as well as waiting for you to be relaxed and peaceful. It’s waiting for your consciousness to believe that you can correct it.

So...all this happens only when you are relaxed and peaceful, huh? Explains why relaxation is the first step in every spiritual process. It's the prerequisite. Like chapter 0 of a book.

Explains why Kryon wants us to focus on the positive even in the midst of chaos. Explains why Love is and always has been the answer.

There are those who say that channelling is done by negative entities and an attempt to manipulate. Yet, I have never felt as good as Kryon makes me feel. A Kryon channel always makes me full of jubilant emotions. I feel like hugging Kryon.

What if, the idea is not to worry about the external at all? What if, our body has everything needed for survival. What if, we can change every imbalance in our body simply by being in peace and ease?

Because the external is a problem only when it affects our internal state. What if every internal to external action comes from this state of peace and ease? That's what "shining the Light" means probably.
