HALLELUJAH! Thank you. I just spent a good hour and a half following through Facebook's own instructions and various other googled results. I resorted to browsing through any settings page that seemed like it might include reviews. "Page & Tagging" was not somewhere I thought I would find review settings. Gr. Thank you sooo much!!!

Thank you so much for doing this video. I couldn't figure this out, I had reviews, and then they were gone. Was not really that intuitive to fix, so I now have my old reviews showing - thank you!!! Interestingly, in spite of now having reviews showing, I don't seem to have the button at the top called "Do you recommend - Yes / No" that I can see on other people's pages. Any idea how to get that, otherwise I can't get any new reviews - is it something to do with allowing others to leave posts on my business page?

Totally undstand the amount of confusing information and bad advice and thank you for addressing that. But my issue is that I have my reviews enabled and they are showing up fine on desktop but not available on mobile. I have people wishing to leave reviews but are unable on their mobile.

Hey Tim, I tried this but what I’m running into is I can see the reviews tab and it’s easily accessible on my admin view or logged into the page . However my clients when viewing it on their mobile don’t see any review tab ; it’s gone. The only way they can see reviews is by going into the “about tab” scroll to the bottom where the reviews are at the end . I’m worried this will influence buyers when they can’t easily navigate or see the reviews tab right off the bat. Have you heard of this problem? Wondering if it may be a glitch and if it might be good to switch back to classic and then back to the new experience to force it to recreate the layout and possible make the review tab appear. Or maybe the new experience take the review tab away from the mobile experience. Any insight would be greatly appreciated 🙏
