I’ll never forget my dads reaction when I first played Sade for him. Her voice helped soothe his broken heart after mom died.

When i am having a stress full day. I take a warm bath with Epson salt, light some candles, incense and i listen to Sade while I am soaking in the bathtub This relaxes me and takes away my stress. I love listening to her music while I am cooking. My food turns out better.
