Rockford Speedway - Rockford, Illinois. The speedway opened in 1948 and unfortunately closed in 2023 due to city development on the land.

I like this racing lol. Ive never seen it before and what stands out to me is how its a bunch of people having a great time at the races. We all work a long week, have bills, have bs... its nice to get out and enjoy stuff like this of a Fri or sat night. I find this to be hilarious.

This was so much fun to watch. Takes me back to the 70s and 80s when my Dad would take us to the Holland (NY) raceway. Stock car races were the best. My favorite, of course, was the figure 8 race at the end.

This actually explains why when me and my friend were looking for a trailer we could not find one on the bright side I guess this really helps solve the problem of those really old trailers that were not worth fixing up
