The Lisa front plate is so expensive because it was for an even more rare version that used the larger 5.25" floppy disks. The standard Lisa used the more common (on Mac / Lisa devices) 3.5" hard shell floppy disks.

I have absoltely 0 idea why the Apple IIe is worth so much. A) It does not look cool, well it is rather ugly, B) Hard to use in 2025, C) it has bad video output, D) ports are all non-standard, including the floppies, 5) availability is plenty.
