rthe rope is not holding the pages together, the rope is just connecting the car to the notebooks

Of course it won't be able to break. The rope is in between the pages preventing them from going apart. So it doesn't really prove anything

This is not a science, this is pure BS.

If presenter just add the 'explanation' that static friction is higher than dynamic friction, then this we may call science. Othervise, go figure...

EDIT: Also, many sheets of paper make more friction, but only if this book(s) or whatsoever does not begin to open, and lower the number of interlaced surfaces.

The car was pulling the the car not the freaking book. So yah, not strong. But pulling the book yourself, ....thats strong.
