another shining example of the exponential difference between an LPRT broadcast, and this. LPRT would have gone into more details, explained what happens regarding who won/cancellation, ranking points accumulated, prize money division, etc...and not just spent 45 seconds saying...we're sorry but, we're out. If the IRT has any chance to grow, it needs the coverage to be first class...not this. I wish they would just let the LPRT broadcast the IRT.

First off, most commentating during the only game played was all about stars being purchased? These guys sounded like they were running some kind of telethon for raising money. And thanking 400 people local to the area. Trying to watch the game and listen to these guys chat 80% of the time about something else was annoying. Then, no surprise....humid courts. Long Island is usually very humid. Match over. Hit or miss playing in such a humid place.

I had to mute the commentating because it was so annoying!! 🤨Kane is phenomenal, and hooray to a fellow Canadian!!

majic2506 and CWolf20 and Dan Parker are spot on with their comments. I've been playing and a fan since the late 70's. It's embarrassing how inept the coverage is, from the lousy camera placements, hit or miss instant replay, and the constant chatter during matches to the point of distraction. The coverage in the past didn't have the technology but was more professional. The total farce in the final is the cherry on the sundae for me. I've lived and played racquetball in Florida, they hold professional stops in Florida and Central and South America; you just stop playing a final in a "professional" sport because it's too damp in New York in May?! Come on man! Maybe Mike Lindell should take over the IRT from the buffoons that are running it in to the ground.

When it comes to racquetball commentary, I think a hybrid between squash and tennis commentators would be the sweet spot. Extremely professional and not "over commenting" or talking about off topic subjects. You need to put professionals in the commentator role. These guys are not professionals. The same applies to refereeing. Will the powers that be in the sport ever listen to anyone? It seems nothing has advanced in the last 50 years with this sport except the racquets!

I wish there was no commentary. Better to have nothing than for people to be talking off topic and distracting viewers. They seem interested in talking about everything else except the game! It's only the #1 and #2 in the world competing for the finals!

Dean has always been a awful commentator, it just took something like this to have some people speak up about it. I'm okay with Favio, but then dean always interrupts and it makes me feel sorry that he has to put up with him. I wish they would bring like 1 or 2 more people in and compare how they do vs dean. When Kane and sudsy did the commentating together, it was heaven. Is this even possible to get rid of dean or is he like a owner or board member or something.?

I don't disagree with the decision - for safety's sake, but the obvious question is...why wasn't this addressed prior to the match? Was the humidity an issue only for the final?
