So dumb! How do you have security cameras only at the ground level but not on the other floors? People need to be fired for this.

Elysian has been a mess in Vegas. Expensive and bad security.

As a former delivery driver those gates are just a small inconvenience. Just wait at the gate long enough til someone lets you in

They hire “security” from the same agencies in town, incompetent and most are in with the criminals...same with leasing office staff...

So $2-3-4k/mo doesn’t even get you a secure parking space? Such luxury 🙄

I moved out of Tivoli Apartments because of people tried to steal my car twice. Peeled the column twice. Out of so much money. And they wouldn’t do anything about it. As soon as I got my car back it was hit again two weeks later and management could care less.

A gate at a gated community don’t mean crap unless it’s used in the rite way

About Time this made the news. I was gonna apply there, but then I saw the reviews about the break ins and passed hard.

There is no gate to the garage. Luxury my ass.

If I were the residents, I'd take a week off of work and install my own cameras. Then get help from someone else to monitor another week until those involved are caught. Get the evidence and submit it to metro. Time, clothing, get away car, accomplice, etc...

You won't get anything done unless you yourself take action.

It's an inside job. Suspect the workers, they have first-hand info on what cars are there at what times. Management shrugs off the complaints. Definitely an inside job.

Elysian is an upscale community. How is this happening? Where is the security guards at?

Same thing happening everywhere, car burglaries, catalytic converter thefts, EV charging cable thefts, there’s no shortage of criminals doing these things

About a year ago I was considering moving from Dallas to Las Vegas but after a year of reading the news from Nevada I'm glad I didn't. I think I'm going to my 2nd choice; Kansas. Nice, boring, and safe.

Those apartments are in close proximity to a underground wash tunnel, railroad tracks and bridges that attract many homeless around that area.
