I wanna let you guys know, you're the reason I got back into big game hunting! I'm a handicapped outdoorsman and I just got away from hunting for a long time. Last year when I saw my first episode of Best Season Yet, I told my wife I wanted to get back into deer hunting here in Ohio. She bought my crossbow the next day. I'm leaving on Sept 23rd for a ten day trip hunt trip. 7 days of small game and 3 days of deer archery! Love everything you guys do!!! Freaking pumped to see this!!!

I always use a break away string between my pack animals ... bailing twine works the best .. It is strong enough that that you can still move your pack string along but will break if you have an accident like you guys had .. good stuff I look forward to the rest of the series

That rain! It was a constant, daily friend on my Nevada antelope hunt a couple weeks back! I notched my tag, and stood there as lightning was crashing around me getting my buck broken down and back to the rig. Even hailed pea-sized bits on me at one point. Gotta love the monsoonal flow!
