Being a CNY/Syracuse native the city itself is trashy like most cities. Surrounding areas are not.

So he’s going to call the whole city a shithole because his friend paid a small fine for breaking the law? It isn’t the city’s or even the police’s fault that possession wasn’t legal at the time.
