Niamh Kavanagh performs with Mobile Music Machine for Nursing Homes Week 2023

2023 marks the 30th anniversary of Niamh Kavanagh's Eurovision Song Contest success. To mark Nursing Homes Week 2023, Nursing Homes Ireland hosted a very special online festival titled Music Speaks for residents and staff in nursing homes across the country to tune into. Niamh performed at Asgard Lodge Nursing Home in Arklow, Co Wicklow, a performance that was broadcast into nursing homes across the country. It is a very special performance, with Niamh's unique talent bringing to life classics and of course her winning Eurovision song In Your Eyes. Mobile Music Machine, who started performing in nursing homes during Covid19 and continue to entertain residents and staff, helped deliver a truly memorable performance, with classical and traditional Irish music also intertwined in the 45 minute session.
