Take a picture of the chip and send it to them. It doesn't hurt to get a discount for your next purchase, at the very least.

The reason y I say call them is because if u ever choose to sell him, regardless of how small the chip is, it will severely impact the resell value.

He’s huuuge! Congrats on the EX and I agree that a pedestal out in the open is probably the ideal way to appreciate all the intricate details on this piece. As for the tiny chip, I think you should let SS know. Best case you get a perfect replacement and statue. Worse case you get a discount on a future purchase and just need to do a minor touch up. Just depends if you could live with it having spent a good chunk of change for it. Great review!

Yas! I'm enjoying mine too. Great review :) Oh, and there's 2 green AAA batteries in the box within the Styrofoam on the first layer I think. Mine came with some.

Congrats. I can’t stop looking at it. Reached out to SS was missing 1 gold piece the first one of the 4 that starts on his chest to waist. Looks like something easy to fix just waiting on there response.

Great Review and feel your joy through this video. Congratulations to your great EX statue. You are so lucky actually and I think you may just call SideShow about that little small imperfect spot.

I'm not as lucky as you are for I pay also US$1200 but getting just the regular one. Feel stupid about this, not because of the statue, but the market strategy and their treatment to the customers of SS. Having a choice is always better than being forced to accept one.
