The fact that Phil was comfortable enough to NOT call a timeout in those last seconds and let the GOAT create tells you the greatness of Jordan.

Still the most watched game in the history of the NBA. Jordan transcended sports. They were pulling sitcom ratings.

Crucial moment. The Free throws, the lay up, the steal and That beautiful Jumpshot for the lead. All this sequence done by 1 man MJ.

The stacked Warriors didn’t 3-peat, Jordan did it TWICE in the SAME DECADE and people had the nerve to say he isn’t the GOAT!

At age 35 this man still clutch. MJ is timeless. His legacy will be remembered forever. The number 23 will always be associated with this man. The impact he had not only in the United States, transcended throughout the globe. Every single soul, regardless of where you come from, what skin color you are, everyone wanted to BE LIKE MIKE. Truly an inspiration for all of us.

"Three crucial plays by Micheal Jordan now", "at the end of the game he's a killer", that says it all. 🐐 Talks

I was 17 yrs old at that time. It was like 2 am here in Brazil. All the neighborhood sleeping, I was the Real MJ's Lover, no Internet, just Slam Magazines and newspaper cuts. With my Red 23 on and my leather Wilson in my hands. The last shot, the scream, my father gets up from bed to check it out, scared. He sees me crying and smilling, and sits close to me to watch Stockton missing it. My dad has already passsed away, and this game, this last seconds remind me him. So glad to have watched this game live and celebrate with my daddy! And rewatched it then thousand times later on my VCR player...

Jordan’s layup, steal of the ball from Karl Malone, and then his ICONIC CLUTCH shot is the GREATEST sequence in NBA HISTORY.

I watched the whole game to fully see how unbelievable this last dance was. Shoutout to Scottie playing with pain and of course to the legend himself Michael Jordan. Having goosebumps when time was over and they all celebrated. ☝🏻🙌👏🏻

Michael Jordan’s last game as a Chicago Bull ended up with 45 points, and a 6th NBA Championship... 45 a bad luck number? I suppose not.

Truly 80's to 90's era is an era of legends. In music, sports anything. This is the era wherein the most unforgettable moments exists, King of Pop rise in this era and MJ of basketball.

It's nostalgic.

watched this live up to 6 am in Italy

trying not to shout out at the end and jumping on the couch with some improbable and unrepeatable mouvement

Always been a football and Juventus fan, but the sensations Jordan used to give are unmatched

there will never be another one

MJs "The Last Shot" is arguably one of the most iconic sports photos of all - time. If you watch the play after the inbound near the end of the game it is almost like a storybook ending for an MJ fan - Michael Jordan is the only Bull to touch the ball after that Bulls inbound pass. Quick layup, stripped Malone, crossed Russell. Jumpshot. 6th.

I count myself lucky to have been alive (born 83) at the time to witness his greatness. Michael was a legend who inspired others to write their own legendary stories. Forever the GOAT, Michael “Air” Jordan.

To the people of Utah....you had a real magnificent team there. True legends. But it just wasn't enough...

Damn, good games.
