There is no divergence. If you study fundamentals properly, it distribute most of it's profit to shareholders in the form of dividend so it shows that it lacks any growth potential. Along with that if company is paying dividend, it's obvious the stock price will not move as stock price always get adjusted to the dividend paid. Ma'am you choose wrong stock to explain divergence.
