Hi, I own one of these. The first time I use this I found the dry dirt stays dry, and tank filled with dirty water in it. Few days later I figured out the whole tank is wet after cleaning. Is this normal? Please reply soon. I am about to return mine. I like the machine a lot otherwise.

We have the corded version and absolutely LOVE it. Does a great job cleaning our laminate floors and super easy to clean out once finished.

I would say, if the cordless version is fully charged - it performs exactly the same as the corded since it's virtually the same thing.

Can I replace the multi-surface concentrate? I am from Mexico and we don’t have that product here. Thank you for the video.

Why does no one show how close to the edges any of these type of appliances clean. All these demos are not practical and do not address real cleaning issues.
