I just bought this as my last 2000w PSU Cannon FSP brand blew and doesn't work anymore. I have a custom loop setup, Ryzen threadripper 3960X, TRX40 motherboard, extra 850w corsair PSU + 4 x 3090 RTXs for my 3D animation setup (I use a GPU renderer hence all the GPUs). The 2000w PSU just blew, is that normal? The computer company who put together the build (I don't know much about computers) said it shouldn't of happened, but we're going back and forth as I want them to fix it and they are avoiding me saying its not their problem, but I paid them to build me a setup that could handle that load. So for the time being I ordered this particular PSU to replace it. I did find out all the power outlets on my wall were coming out of the same circuit so that could have been the reason, but I just thought the amp would blow first and not the PSU. I'm based in Europe btw

Is this PSU worth it just for 1 gamng PC? I currently have a 1000 or 1200w PSU but i was looking at 1600w PSU with upcoming CPU/GPUs which apparantly will be powerhogs. I am looking to upgrade before the prices go up on PSU and i came across this PSU.

Just fired up a 6x3090+1x3090Ti using this 2000W for the first 4x3090's with the MB and CPU etc. The remaining 2x3090 and the Ti hooked up to the 1600W Platinum version. Hoping all stays well as the last setup without the Ti blew 2x1500W BeQuite Pro's first then a 3rd unit went bang too lol! This happened after just 2 months and they're rated Titanium. Clearly a myth.
