My HR told me I cannot leave by buyout & w/o serving notice period. So I questioned her with the policy or clause that's stopping me to do so. She had no answers
So guys do question your employers if they throw any bullshit to you

If pay from organisation, than they count 1 month basic salary for termination or leave encash etc. Please check and updated if wrong.

Incorrect information. Based on employment contract an employer usually forces employees to serves 90 days notice period. And the early relieving with financial compensation for the unserved notice period is taken with a pinch of salt as "Employer's Discretion". So the employer using the "employment contract" forces employees to work like a bonded labour to serve the notice period completion.

My previous company has asked me to put down the papers with immediate effect. Blocked my mail as well. After regular follow ups they have paid the salary but it has taken 4 months to do so. My PF deposit is still pending from them. Few months back, by mistake they have done a txn into my account of some money and few days back they have identified that, now they are threatening me to return it back otherwise they will be go legal. Seeking your help

Forced labouring is illegal in India even if there is a contract or bond still it has no legal effect. Taking compensation from employee is sole discretion of Company

Agar contractual appointment hai, aur contract mein contact period mentioned hai, aur contract khatam hone ke baad renew nahi hua hai, to bhi notice period applicable nahi hoga

Rishabh, please make video on long notice period levied by companies, how to complain to govt on such long notice periods. Such long notice periods are detrimental to employee career.

But what if I have resigned, NP is 3 months.. I asked for early release, they did not confirmed so I extended my joining in my next co... Now my current co asking me to leave early... IN SHORT they don't want to pay me..

Sir mai Bina notice diye company se quite kr diye hai aur aaj approx two month ho gya hai magar Mai apna releiving letter lena chahta hu mera phone pe bat hua bhi wunlogo se wo bol rhe h one month ka salary compansate krne ke liye, kya mai ye kr skta hu, mujhe proper releiving letter denge na wolog
