Sarah and Deena they are not the same people. Sarah showed Deena the truth through her eyes, so Deena felt her self being transferred into Sarah's body. But what happened was Deena's conscience acted as the observer and the feeler.
Sarah's love for Hannah started the cycle and Deena's love for Sam ended it.

Hannah Miller/Samantha Fraser were very lucky to be loved so deeply by two strong souls.
