There are a number of challenges with building and delivering a platform that introduces new capabilities and ways of working. We encountered a number of these challenges building an MLOps platform to enable AI products to be built with greater speed, collaboration and quality.

We learned these three questions need to be answered to beat the challenges.
- Enterprise platforms solve for executive investors and end-users. Both groups have different concerns and goals. How do you use the Product Mindset to solve for both?
- New capabilities often mean you don’t have the needed competencies or experience in-house. How do you build a team to overcome the knowledge-experience gap?
- New capabilities ask end-users to change. How do you solve for the learning and adoption curve with end-users accustomed to doing their own thing?
