Tropical Storm Ian is south of Hispaniola and is expected to strengthen into a Category 3 hurricane by the time it reaches our state. Models have continued to shift westward which is good news. However, SWFL is still in the cone meaning we could still see impacts from the storm.

I wonder if Russia is giving Cuba the resources and logistical consulting that would be necessary to steer Ian to the west, away from Cuba, and, towards New Orleans? It is not just possible, but PROBABLE that it is being done. The whole world has been practicing atmospheric engineering for well over a hundred years...
