That really is such an amazing point that people outside of the industry don't understand. When the camera is not on you sometimes they will use a stand-in. And that means that the actor who is on camera is acting with a non-professional or someone who has simply been put there as a filler because the actor feels like it's not worth their time. But if you, as an actor, show up when you're not facing the camera, it shows your generosity with your cast and dedication that the project is going to be good. So I think Demi Moore demonstrates this very well and people should take note that it's not a small thing.

I have so much respect for Demi, I read her book and always loved her acting. Also, MUCH respect for how she has stayed committed to being there for Bruce! Their family is enviable. The love his 2 wives and children show him at this time in his life when he needs them the most is so beautiful!
