It's lobster season in New England and that means only one thing Lobster Rolls. This is one seasonal treat our family really enjoys, we make it when lobsters are on sale and plentiful. So delicious.

New England Lobster Rolls recipe:

-6 (1 1/4 pound) steamed lobsters, cut meat into bite size pieces
-3/4 cup mayonnaise
-3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice and zest
-3 ribs of celery finely diced
-3 Tablespoons minced fresh parsley
-1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon (optional)
-salt and pepper to taste
-8 New England style hot dog buns
-butter for toasting buns

Brush hot dog buns with butter and toast in frying pan until golden brown. Add remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss. Fill each New England style hot dog roll with 1/8th of the lobster filling.

Link to fruit salad. (I omit the bananas and add 2 nectarines, use half the blueberries and add a pint of blackberries.)
