Yeah, key word SLOWLY, a lady brought in a kitten before that aspirated on the liquid worm medicine she was trying to give her cat in a syringe, the liquid that gets aspirated into the lungs very easily turns into pneumonia.

Not long ago I found 2 baby kittens lost appetite and had diarrhea we started syringe feeding it but it didn't work so we brang them to the vet 1 sadly died and the other survived even though one didn't live a long live I'll never forget her

Every rescue cat I own have been fed with syringe w wet food and milk. Really raised the best cats! Eye drops, ear drops and keep clean. Dewormer and should be good

Personally it's the tube for me, if you're not going to take a bottle, we go to for the syringe, if you're not going to take the syringe, it's tube time

This also saved my elderly cat's life when his teeth started falling out. He spent a few years of his life as a stray and developed gum disease. Just don't push the food in too fast. Cats losing their appetite is an emergency.

I got this kitten which is 5 days to old and it's mother has abandoned it and this little phucker refuses to eat and giving me so much trouble while syringe feeding. I just pray it survives this night.

What about when they're only 4 weeks old and haven't learned to even eat from a bowl yet, so all I can do is feed it milk replacement.
Any suggestions? Waking up every 2 to 3 hours feeding constantly. One kitten is growing well, the other is small, weak, but eating but slowly. Any suggestions? The healthy one weighs 308 grams the weak one only 194.
