This year giving up power over my life was best decision I've made starting to walk in faith and not by sight, I've been able to grow my relationship with God and be set free from bondage and burdens that's been holding me back all these years its opened my eyes spiritual and being able to see God work in me and around me, there are ups and downs but giving my life and power over my life is my "after the amen"

Hi, Alex and Lokelani Wilson, I'm Stephano, I started watching your videos a while back-can't really pinpoint exactly when- but watching your videos and listening to your teachings has really changed my mind, and it's been awesome listening to your teachings pretty much every day for a while now. Towards the end of the summer of last year -2021- I began teaching my cousin the bible, and I know that it was the Holy Spirit showing me that I was given a Gift that I never knew about. I now know that watching you gave me the idea to start teaching. And now I am teaching my mother and younger brothers. Power I need to give up today is the power of doing things my way. All the time I feel like I have to be in control and be the one in charge and if it’s not my way it’s wrong. I gotta understand I gotta put the keys to my life in GOD hands and sit in the passenger seat and let him control my life. Amen!!! thank you so much for this message. It was so powerful. I need to give up the power of ‘knowledge’ because a lot of times i think i know everything and it begins to take over my life with me thinking that i can trust in my knowledge rather than the knowledge of God.

I’m currently deployed and I have a very beautiful and good hearted girlfriend back home. we had been struggling with kind of fighting and trying to figure our situation with us and we had eventually just gave up and gave ourselves to the god and Jesus first. we take time for ourselves Bcz we miss each other so much that it would get bad and when we would talk it would eventually start or end up in argument about random things, so we started to focus on our relationship with god more we now talk on weekends and catch up and begin to share each other’s experiences in the week and how god is helping up or talking to us through people, scripture, or even dreams that she has had already, we are so In credibly grateful for his works and his will with us also we have been listing to y’all for some time now ever since the beginning of my deployment, so I’m am thankful y’all do what y’all do Bcz it has helped me grow with god aswell.

Often times I will speak doubt into a situation such as ‘oh I can’t do this’ or ‘I won’t be able to get that’ and I’m giving up the power of speech so I can glorify God because in his power my rest is assured. It’s really interesting hearing about this topic of having power/authority and being humble enough to actually go through with being in a humble posture!!
It’s definitely something that takes work to learn, but humility and servitude does make us better and bring us closer to our Lord Jesus Christ, so I’m going to keep walking in humility!
